Workforce Development

RIHCA focuses on training future workers based on the needs of our members. Through our partnership with Healthcentric Advisors and the RI Department of Labor and Training we hold classes to train Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and MedTechs.

Our training partners include CCRI, URI College of Pharmacy, Westerly Adult Education and Aquidneck Island Adult Education.

We hope to conduct future training programs for business office managers, food service management/culinary arts, activity director certification, plant manager certification and IT certification.

As always, we will schedule these based on the requests and needs of our membership.  Please check our training calendar for an upcoming class schedule.
