Seminar Description : Effective nursing home performance begins with strong, consistent daily operations. This seminar will focus on the core routines that keep a facility running smoothly and explore how everyday “work” directly influences quality measures, survey outcomes, staff engagement, and resident satisfaction.
Designed for nursing home leaders and emerging managers, this session connects routine operational practices to successful audits and surveys while showing participants how to operationalize QAPI in a meaningful, manageable way. Rather than viewing QAPI as a separate task, attendees will learn how to embed quality improvement into daily workflows. Best practices, established tools, and real-world resources drawn from leadership experience will be shared to support both new and seasoned managers in building sustainable systems.
