Seminar Description
This interactive, hands-on workshop is designed to help skilled nursing facility leaders turn data into meaningful quality improvement action. Participants are encouraged to bring their own facility reports and performance data—such as 5-Star ratings, SNFQRP and SNFVBP reports, survey (2567) findings, or any identified areas of concern—to actively work through during the session.
With real-time guidance and support, including on-site assistance from clinical staff, attendees will learn how to translate data into a structured, actionable QAPI plan. The session will walk through the essential components of an effective QAPI program, while helping participants identify key opportunities for improvement, prioritize Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs), and implement practical monitoring systems to track progress over time. This workshop is designed to be highly collaborative and practical, ensuring participants leave with tangible tools, strategies, and a stronger QAPI framework tailored to their organization
