AHCA/NCAL Members Gather In DC To Urge Lawmakers To Address Medicare Advantage Reform, Other Top Policy Priorities
Skilled Nursing News (6/5, Stulick) reports that nearly 700 AHCA/NCAL members will gather on Monday for the organization’s Congressional Briefing event in Washington, DC, as the nursing home representatives urge “federal lawmakers to take action on Medicare Advantage reform and other top policy priorities for the sector.” AHCA/NCAL President CEO Clif Porter said local perspectives delivered by AHCA/NCAL representatives are “really what members of Congress want to hear, and more importantly, it helps us build some credibility at a local level around the work that we do.”
